Auryn Jewels is an online jewellery retailer based in the United Kingdom. By using this website or placing an order you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Orders & contract
Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we send a dispatch confirmation email; at that point a contract is formed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g. stock, pricing error, suspected fraud).
3. Pricing & VAT
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP / £) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are added at checkout. We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate; in the rare event of a pricing error we will contact you before processing.
4. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout via secure third-party providers. We do not store full card details on our servers. All transactions are encrypted using SSL.
5. Delivery
Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
6. Returns

7. Intellectual property
All site content, images, product designs and the Auryn Jewels brand are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce them without written permission.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud. Subject to that, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the price you paid for the goods.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
