30-Day Returns

We want you to love every Auryn piece. If something isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return it for a full refund.

How to return your order

1. Email info@auryn-jewels.co.uk with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply within 1 working day with our returns address and instructions.
3. Pack your items securely in their original packaging, with the receipt enclosed.
4. Send the parcel via a tracked service (return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty).
5. Once received and inspected, we'll refund you within 5 working days.

Condition of returned items

To be eligible for a refund items must be:

• Unworn and in original, resaleable condition
• In the original packaging with all tags attached
• Returned within 30 days of receipt

For hygiene reasons, earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty or incorrect items

In the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty or you've received the wrong piece, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll cover return postage and send a replacement or full refund right away.

Sale and promotional items follow the same 30-day return window.
