Order processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 working days. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. Pricing is calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight. Delivery times vary by location:

• UK: 7-12 working days
• Europe: 10-15 working days
• USA & Canada: 12-18 working days
• Rest of world: 14-21 working days

Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Lost or delayed parcels
